Refund and Returns Policy

At Devastram, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, we make the process simple and hassle-free.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Request Window: All return or exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of receiving your product.
  • How to Request: Place your request directly from our website under the Support → Return & Exchange section.
  • Charges: A ₹150 processing fee will be charged per return/exchange request.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned in the same condition in which you received them. Damaged or missing packaging may result in rejection of the request.
  • Shipping: Once you place a Return & Exchange request on our website, our team will arrange a pickup through our courier partner within 2–3 working days.
  • Please ensure the items are unused, in original condition, and securely packed with original packaging. You don’t need to pay or arrange shipping separately — we will handle the logistics for you.
  • Exchange: For exchanges, once we receive your returned product, our team will conduct a quality check. Upon approval, the replacement product will be shipped to you promptly.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued as a one-time use coupon code, valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
  • Coupon code can only be applied once per order.
  • In case of non-acceptance of prepaid orders (if shipped), a deduction of ₹150 will be made to cover forward and reverse shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipping. Most orders are processed within 24 hours of placement.
  • Prepaid Orders: If cancelled before shipping, the refund will be issued as a coupon code within 4–5 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: These will be confirmed with you before dispatch. If cancelled before shipping, no charges apply.
